Fort Myers, Fl. -  On April 4, 2014 at 10:30 p.m. the Fort Myers Police Department with the assistance of the Lee County Sheriff's Office, U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) located Idelfonso Santana-Grajales at 5535 10th Avenue in Fort Myers. Fort Myers Police say after a brief standoff Santana-Grajales surrendered to officers and was placed under arrest. Police had been searching for him since Thursday night after he ran from them while they were trying to arrest him.  Police say Santana-Grajales will be charged with sexual battery, two local warrants as well as additional charges from Immigrations and Customs Enforcement.  "This was an outstanding joint effort to safely bring a wanted felon determined to avoid prosecution into custody", said police spokesman Lieutenant Victor Medico.
