COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- The man accused of flashing a gun at a Collier County deputy will go before a judge. Brandon Ode faces multiple charges, including aggravated assault and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
A deputy reported seeing Ode smoking pot outside of Noodles restaurant Saturday night. Ode took off and the deputy followed him. At some point, Ode allegedly flashed his gun at the deputy. The deputy did fire a shot, but Ode kept running. He was tracked down and arrested a short time later.
