COLLIER COUNTY, FL. - The Collier County Sheriff's Office says 23 yr old Brandon Ode is in custody after he allegedly pointed a gun at a Deputy Saturday night outside of Noodles Cafe.  The Deputy fired a shot at Ode but did not injure him. This all started when the Deputy was working a special detail at the popular night spot on Pine Ridge Rd and noticed Ode allegedly smoking marijuana while waiting in line to get into the club.  The Deputy approached Ode, who then took off running. During a foot chase the Sheriff's Office says Ode turned and pointed a gun at the Deputy, the Deputy fired a shot at Ode but did not hit him. Ode continued to run and was later arrested behind a business near Goodlette Frank Rd. And Pine Ridge Rd. Ode is facing several charges including aggravated assault, and carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon.  He will make his first appearance in court on Monday
