FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. - Locals and visitors to Fort Myers Beach lined Estero Boulevard to get into the Irish spirit Monday.
The town hosted its annual St. Patrick's Day parade, which started at Santini Marina Plaza and ended at Church of the Ascension.
Bagpipers headed up the procession, with local groups following, handing out green beaded necklaces and candy to parade-goers.
Part of Estero Boulevard shut down for the parade starting at 9:30. It has since reopened.
