COLLIER COUNTY, FL.--WINK News is uncovering alarming new details about a Collier County man accused of molesting a little girl at church.

After more than a year on the run, detectives tracked down 41-year-old Hugo Arguelles yesterday hiding out in a Naples home.

According to an arrest report obtained by WINK News, the sex crime happened during a prayer vigil at the Iglesias Bethel Church in Naples back in 2012.

Detectives say Arguelles forcibly grabbed the victim's right arm and inappropriately touched her, then put her hand on his genitals.
They say the girl quickly pulled away and locked herself in a bathroom

WINK News did some digging and found this isn't the first time Arguelles has been arrested.
Back in 2008 he faced sexual battery charges for forcing a woman into doing sex acts.
Arguelles was arrested again the same year for hitting a woman and dumping a bag of flour on her head while she was holding her two-year old child.
WINK News uncovered both charges were later dropped.
