Fort Myers, Fl - Attorney Karen Miller has died, appearantly at her own hands. Collegues in the legal community say she was a good attorney who was battling inner demons. Simms was granted an appeal in the case, but still wanted Miller to represent him. Attorney James Ermacora, who worked with Miller in the past says, "she (Miller) was the type of person that would bend over backwards to help you."
