LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The Sellick family is hosting a golf tournament in April to benefit the Golisano Children's Hospital of Southwest Florida, after they credit doctors there with saving their son's life.

WINK News first introduced you to the Sellicks and their son Kayden back in November. He was born at 22 weeks and weighed only 1 pound and 8 ounces.

His parents say he's doing well today, thanks to the doctors and staff at the children's hospital.

Now, they want to give back, so they are hosting a "tee-ming up fore kidz" golf tournament and are looking for golfers to sign up.

The date of the event is Saturday April, 12th at the Club at Olde Cypress in Naples, located at 7165 Treeline Drive. Sponsorships are avilable, and you can sign up to play for $200 a golfer. Tee off is at 1 p.m. and dinner, music and an auction will follow. For more information or to sign up, call 239-825-9499 or email msellick@stockdevelopment.com.
