FORT MYERS, Fla. - Get ready to say Opa!
Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Church is hosting its 38th annual Greek Fest Friday, Saturday and Sunday, February 28 through March 2.
The church is located at 8210 Cypress Lake Drive, Fort Myers.
Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, Sunday from noon until 5 p.m.
Visitors can immerse themselves in Greek culture and food, including authentic drink, pastries, gyro, souvlaki, moussaka and saganaki. There will be live Greek music and dancing as will as carnival rides for the kids and arcade games.
A portion of ticket sales are being donated to CCMI Meals on Wheels and Golisano Children's Hospital. Admission is $5 for adults, with unlimited access the whole weekend. Children 12 years and under are free.
