FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fort Myers Police are investigating the murder of 21-year-old Cregg Davante Ivey, found shot to death in the driveway of a home at the intersection of Hanson Street and Central Avenue.

Witnesses tell WINK News they heard multiple gunshots around 8:00 Monday morning.  Ivey's body was found a short time later.

FMPD is not releasing any information at this time regarding a motive or suspects.  WINK News located Ivey's family members, who declined on-camera interviews, but described Ivey as fun and loved by his family.

Bullet casings found in the parking lot of an apartment complex across the street leave some tenants on edge.  One, who asked WINK News not to identify her out of fear of her safety, said she was considering moving after the violence.

FMPD is offering a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of a person or persons responsible for any homicide in the City of Fort Myers. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
