CAPE CORAL, Fla. - A Cape Coral woman found a memory card full of soldiers overseas, and is taking her search for its rightful owner public.

WINK News partner News-Press first broke Melanie Lempke's story.

Lempke said she found the memory card last December when she was Christmas shopping at Gulf Coast Town Center.

"Pictures are really important to me," Lempke said of her decision to pick up the card.

The card contained 134 photos of soldiers overseas.  Soldiers were smiling and posing in some of the pictures, and working in others.

"There's a lot of memories," Lempke said.  "Who knows how many years they spend with each other over there when they're away from home?  That's their family away from home. I'm sure those pictures have a lot of meaning."

The pictures are dated during the fall months of 2011.  Lempke also noticed the names Schultz and Nevis in the photos.  She said she tried to look them up.

"I've not had much luck," Lempke said.  "If you're out there, please, please let me know! I'd love to get these pictures back to you."
