NAPLES, Fla. - Join the fun February 7, 8 & 9 at St. Katherine Greek Orthodox Church in Naples and be Greek for a day – or even the entire weekend!
St. Katherine’s is located at 7100 Airport Pulling Road (just north of Orange Blossom).
Visitors can celebrate the Greek spirit while feasting on Greek food, wine and pastries.
There will be free parking with free 1-minute shuttle available across the street from the event.
More "New and Improved" features of the Festival include a bigger and broader layout with more vendors, an authentic Greek Taverna; and a new drive-through pick-up service which makes picking up some special treats to enjoy much easier. Children will love the new bounce-house.
This ‘family friendly’ festival features live music and dancers in authentic Greek costumes, scheduled church tours with beautiful new iconography on display, and Greek cultural items for sale. Look for the big white tent in the rear of the church.
This year’s Greek Festival chance drawing prize is a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA from Mercedes Benz of Naples. Chance drawing tickets are available in advance from St. Katherine’s parishioners and will be on sale at the Festival each day. The drawing will take place between 6-7 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 9, 2014. In the event of fewer than 1500 tickets being sold, the winner will be awarded a 50/50 cash prize and one need not be present to win.
A portion of all Greek Festival proceeds will be donated to Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida.
Admission is free on Friday, Feb. 7 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. Festival hours are Friday & Saturday, Feb. 7 & 8, from 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 9 from 12 - 7 p.m. Admission for the entire weekend is $4. Admission is free for children under 12 on all days.
