COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- The driver in a deadly Halloween accident near Immokalee was speeding, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

Three teenagers died in the crash.

According to a newly released report, the driver, 17-year-old Jacob Garibay, lost control of his car and crashed into a culvert. An investigation found the speedometer had last recorded a speed of 93 miles per hour.

The lone survivor, Lamorris Hall, told troopers the boys were late for curfew.
