FORT MYERS, Fla. - Kevin Kaszysnki sits behind bars in Lee County Jail.

He violated an injunction, after being told to stay away from his estranged wife and their two children. This because of a domestic violence incident and suicide attempt in July.

According to his lawyer, Kaszynski was set to be released Tuesday.

But now he could see more time behind bars.

Federal agents want to arrest, the 48-year-old, after his wife found child pornography on a hard drive that allegedly belonged to him.

David Selby, a parent himself, lives down the street from Kaszynski's estranged wife.

"It's a little disgusting, it's not good," said Selby.

In the criminal complaint, federal agents say they "discovered over 7,000 images and over 400 videos of child pornography."

In particular, one image "... depicted a girl appearing to be an adolescent sitting on a chair of some sort, holding her legs up in the air and provocatively displaying her genital area."

The girl appeared to be 11 to 13 years old.

"It's gross. it's just weird, why you would want to do that. But some people are just sick in the head," said Selby.

In the complaint, Kaszynski's estranged wife also mentions that in the past couple months Kaszysnki had become a recluse, and would often spend a lot of time alone in his garage on a password protected computer.

LCSO deputies did request that computer from Kaszysnki's parents' home but were denied.
