LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A jury has found Andrew Castor guilty of killing his Cape Coral neighbor in 2008.
Castor was found guilty of first degree murder, grand theft of an automobile and burglary after four hours of deliberating.
During closing arguments, the state told jurors Castor is guilty of murder because he formulated a plan to end 20-year-old Bianca Interiano's life.
Meanwhile, the defense said Castor was in such a depression that he was insane when he stabbed Interiano to death.
Castor will be sentenced to life in prison on March 3. His attorney says Castor will then appeal his sentence.
