LEE COUNTY, Fla. - WINK News was the only team in court Wednesday morning as a "career criminal" was charged with felony robbery. Matthew Serret is accused of robbing a North Fort Myers Subway fast food restaurant at knifepoint Monday night.

The 33-year-old is being held without bond until Thursday. He is charged with robbery with a weapon and violating probation.

A Lee County judge said there was a warrant out for Serret's arrest. He has a history of robbery charges and has been living in North Fort Myers for the past year.
