LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A Lehigh Acres man is back in Lee County and behind bars this afternoon, after he allegedly killed his mother and brother, and fled to Wyoming.

Steven Tompkins is facing homicide charges and is being held on an $800,000 bond in the Lee County Jail. He and Joycelin Luck, a 19-year-old from South Carolina, were extradited to Lee County from Wyoming. They were on the run for almost a week before authorities caught up with them.

Luck refused to sign her extradition papers, and is now facing two counts of accessory after the fact. Her bond is set at $300,000. The prosecution said she helped Tompkins flee that state after he killed his mother, and that Luck knew he was going to do so.
