LEE COUNTY, Fla. - The USPS is expected Monday to be the busiest mailing day of the year.

According to the USPS, approximately 6 million people will visit their local post office. The postal service estimates it will process 600 pieces of mail.

The last day to send letters or packages First Class and have them arrive by Christmas is Friday. Saturday is the deadline for Priority mail, and next Monday is the deadline for Priority Express. Those deadlines are for domestic shipping.
