LEE COUNTY, Fla. - A second man has been arrested in connection with the murder of Kurt Nusbaum.

Dexter Louis Ward, 26, has been charged with accessory after the fact of felony murder; accessory after the fact home invasion robbery with a firearm; grand theft; grand theft of a firearm; dealing in stolen property; grand theft of a motor vehicle; and, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is currently in the Lee County Jail. 

Sheriff's Office homicide detectives confirmed Ward learned of Vincent Yazvac's role in the robbery and death of Mr. Nusbaum. Instead of notifying law enforcement, he's accused of willingly assisting Yazvac to abandon the stolen SUV and spend the stolen cash.

According to deputies, the two men purchased clothing, played pool and attended a gentlemen's club where Ward was given $400 dollars to pay for lap dances.

Ward also allegedly hid the stolen firearms at his residence for several days. At one point, Ward reportedly sold one of the firearms to a drug dealer and kept the money.
