COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- Representative Trey Radel will be evenly dividing his income between the Boys and Girls Club of Lee County and the Boys and Girls Club of Collier County while he is on leave.
“He has decided to split that between us and Collier County,” Shannon Lane, executive director of Boys & Girls Club of Lee County, told our partners at the News-Press.
The Republican Congressman pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of cocaine possession and was sentenced to one year of probation back in November. He checked himself into Hazelden, a rehabilitation center in Naples, shortly after.
Rep. Trey Radel is a former WINK-TV news anchor and conservative talk show host on 92.5 Fox News Radio in Fort Myers.
