FORT MYERS, Fla.- James Pierce, the man accused in a Dunkin' Donuts robbery, was in court this morning.
Pierce was not granted bond for violating his probation, and is charged with battery and robbery with a firearm.
The surveillance video shows the suspect's pants falling off as he runs away from the Dunkin' Donuts on US 41, just south of Page Field. He can then be seen dragging a bike away, as he takes off.
Deputies said he got away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
