NAPLES, Fla - One person is dead after a collision Wednesday evening on Old US 41 between Turtle Creek Blvd. and Rail Head Blvd. in Collier County. 

According to FHP, a semi truck trying to turn right onto US 41 failed to yield to a van that was traveling north on Old 41. According to a report, the SUV rolled over ejecting two passengers. 

The driver semi truck, Ward Abbs of Neenah, WI did not have any injuries. The driver of the Toyota Sequoia is 28 year old Jose Manuel Silvestre Juarez. He was taken to NCH downtown with serious injureis. Jorge Enrique Juarez Mateo, 39 and Juan Lopez were taken to NCH downtown with serious injuries. 

One male passenger, who is yet to be indentified, died. Another male passenger, yet to be identified, is in critial condition at Lee Memorial. 

Old 41 was closed for more than four hours in both directions before opening up just before 9 p.m.
