LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Fort Myers Police are searching for the suspect accused of robbing Check 'N Go, near Colonial and US 41.

The suspect reportedly hit the store clerk in the head with a gun for not moving fast enough.

Police say a man wearing skull cap and sunglasses showed a weapon and made off with an unknown amount of cash.

Orangewood Elementary School was briefly locked down.

This is the second robbery to the Check 'N Go in past two and a half months.
