(IMMNabrina Chaparro was Jacob Garibay's first cousin, but she said their relationship was more like one of siblings.

"We lived in the same house for years," Chaparro said.  "(We were) always around each other -- always did everything together."

Garibay's life was cut short Halloween night along with two of his closest friends.  He, Joseph Daguerre, Jr. and Geraldo Ruiz, all 17, died when Garibay's car flipped on Immokalee Road in Collier County.

Chaparro said she Garibay and Daguerre earlier that night as the teens were visiting haunted houses in the area.

"They were just out on Halloween like anybody else," Chaparro said.

Chaparro said Garibay was having a good time on Halloween, which is something he's known for doing.

"(He) always loved music. Every time there was a party or something going on, he'd open his window, turn on his speakers, put on music -- he loved to dance," Chaparro said. "He was always funny -- always had a joke."

There was fourth teen in Garibay's car Thursday night, who survived the crash. Lamorris Hall, 16, is listed in good condition at Lee Memorial Hospital.

The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash.
