LEE COUNTY, Fla.- A Lee County man accused of possessing and trading hundreds of images of child pornography changed his plea to guilty Friday.

Charles Nave III entered a plea of not guilty in April.  In federal court Friday, he admitted to the crimes and entered a guilty plea.

Under the plea agreement, Nave faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison, with a maximum sentence of 20 years.  Nave is required to register as a sex offender and pay a $25,000 fine.

Nave's family, including his mother, wife, and three young kids, were all in court for Friday's hearing.  He admitted in court that he is currently being treated for depression.

Nave is still on pre-trial release until his sentencing.
