FORT MYERS, Fla.- The Fort Myers Police Department seized drugs, cash and weapons, and arrested one person while issuing two search warrants Thursday evening.
Police arrested Bryan Green, 25, for possession of cocaine with the intent to sell.
Just after 5:00 p.m., the Fort Myers Police Department’s Special Investigations Group with the assistance of SWAT, detectives and uniformed officers conducted two lawful search warrants at 2144 Davis Street and 3340 Lincoln Boulevard. The two houses are directly across the street from each other and the two month investigation revealed they were complicit in the drug dealing.
Police seized the following items from the Lincoln Boulevard address:
-Two crack cocaine “cookies”, approximately 20.5 grams
-6.3 grams of cocaine Hcl
-Items of drug paraphernalia used for packaging and breaking down the drugs for street distribution
-$2,303 cash, believed to be the proceeds from drug sales
-One Smith and Wesson ammunition magazine with thirteen live cartridges
Estimated street value for the illegal drugs is $1,500.
Police seized the following items from the Davis Street address:
-Items of drug paraphernalia used to weigh illegal drugs and ingest it
-One Smith and Wesson 40 caliber semi-automatic handgun
-Rounds of 40 caliber ammunition
The investigation remains active at this time and more arrests are pending in the case.
