FORT MYERS, Fla. - On Saturday at 2:30 a.m., the Fort Myers Police Department responded to a shooting at the Kwik Stop, located at 3617 Palm Beach Boulevard.

Upon arrival officers located two victims suffering from gunshot wounds.  They have been identified as Jessie Floris (d.o.b. 6-22-93 of Fort Myers) and Jesse Uglade (d.o.b. 10-1-84 of Fort Myers). They were transported to Lee Memorial Hospital.

In addition, responding units quickly established a perimeter and detained those involved in the crime. The preliminary investigation reveals that a 17-year-old shot the victims as they stood in front of the store. Additionally, Isaias Antonio (2-7-92 of Fort Myers) reportedly was telling Escobar to shoot the victims. 

The motive for the shooting is still under investigation. Police arrested the minor for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, attempted murder, and assault with the intent to commit a felony and use of a firearm during a felony. Police arrested Isaias Antonio for attempted murder.
