GRAND RIDGE, Fla. (AP) - Three drivers were injured after a crash overturned a tanker full of hot tar, spilling it all over a busy intersection in the Florida Panhandle.
    
Florida Highway Patrol officials said the driver ran a red light and collided with the tanker truck Monday morning. The tanker then hit a pick-up truck, forcing it onto a concrete island.
