LEE COUNTY, Fla. – A deadly accident that killed 2 people remains under investigation after traffic came to a stop on McGregor Boulevard and College Parkway Thursday morning. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 75-year-old Harold Burns of Cape Coral turned into Bridge Plaza in front of a moving vehicle. Burns’ car was pushed into another car waiting to exit the parking lot. Troopers tell WINK News Burns’ passengers, 70-year-old Susan Burns and 68-year-old Michael Krochmal both died in the accident. Harold Burns and one other passenger are listed in critical condition. Troopers say, the other people involved in the crash are not hurt.
