FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fort Myers Police are searching for the suspect involved in a grocery store robbery and shooting just after 7:30 p.m. last night. Police say it happened inside Tienda Mexicana San Isidro on Coronado Road.

The suspect came in demanding money. During the robbery, a customer was shot and sustained a non-life-threatening injury.

Police set up a perimeter with assistance from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office utilizing K9 but did not locate the suspect.

Anyone with information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the robbery suspect could be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000.
