FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla.- From travel trailer to an information center on wheels, a transformed Airstream Bambi trailer is getting closer to making it's debut on Fort Myers Beach.
In order for this mobile office to operate, the town is asking for 20 volunteers.
"Roxie" the official name for the visitor center, will be open seven days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and volunteers are needed to work a four-hour shift.
Right now, the visitors center is two miles off the beach.
To apply, call Jane Ross at the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce at 454-7500, or email email@example.com.
