FORT MYERS, Fla.  -   Charles Nave wants to see his children. The man accused of obtaining and trading child pornography is out of jail on a 250 thousand dollar bond. He plead not guilty to the charges against him on Monday in Federal court. But the judge would not hear the motion to allow Nave to have supervised visits with his children. Pre-trial services, the agency that monitors Nave while he is out on bond, objected to the request, but there was no one from the agency in court to explain why. Nave's attorney has asked the judge to re-schedule a hearing so the issue can be addressed before the weekend.
