ENGLEWOOD, Fla. -- EARS Animal Rescue Sanctuary shelters and cares for abandoned and abused cats and dogs. The no-kill, non-profit shelter rehabilitates animals, giving them a second chance, but such a selfless deed isn't cheap. It costs thousands of dollars to keep EARS up and running year after year and you can help!

Mary Curtis with EARS joined us Sunday morning to invite you to their upcoming fundraiser, Rascal's 9th Birthday Party.  EARS in partnership with Black Widow Harley Davidson is hosting the huge fundraising event Saturday, May 18th from 11am to 4pm at Black Widow Harley Davidson.

There will be a spider jump, bungee run and obstacle course for the kids. And adults can expect entertainment, food, beer, vendors, raffles, and a silent auctions.  Kix Country will be doing a live broadcast that day, and Pig In or Pig Out from Clewiston will be there providing delicious bbq. Have a motorcycle? Dress it up! The most patriotic bikes win big prizes!

All proceeds go to EARS to help give rescued animals a second chance.

Rascal by the way is an American Bulldog and EARS mascot. Because of his medical history, he will never be adopted out or leave the EARS sanctuary. Come out and celebrate his 9th birthday, while supporting a great cause!
