CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla.- Things are back to normal at a Charlotte County bank after it was evacuated earlier this morning. Employees at the Wells Fargo bank on Tamiami Trail called officials after they smelled what they thought was gas.

Fire crews, including a Special Operations crew, determined it was not a gas leak, but a strong chemical smell left behind by some of cleaning products a crew used overnight.

The bank has re-opened.
