CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla.- The Charlotte County Sheriff's Office used K9 units at two schools in the county and have made two drug arrests so far. CCSO will continue to use the K9 unit at other schools in the county, but are not revealing where and when. The effort is part of “Operation Dry Spring” that CCSO is participating in with the Florida Sheriffs Task Force.
