Lee County Fl: It took a Lee County Jury less than 2 hours to come back with a guilty verdict in the trial of 26 yr old Shane Simpkins. Simpkins was found
guilty of second degree murder for the death of Estero woman Mary Ann Zarb in 2011. Simpkins took the stand in his own defense Friday..telling his account
of what happened the day Mary Ann Zarb died. He says he found Zarb dead in her bedroom. Simpkins testified that Christopher Neuburger told him he hit
the victim when she caught him looking through her stuff. Neuburger was also charged in Zarb's death. He agreed to testify against Simpkins in exchange
