Police activity briefly blocks High St. in Ft. Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fort Myers Police arrested a suspect on drug charges Friday afternoon. They served a warrant at a home on the corner of High Street and MLK Blvd., blocking traffic briefly during the operation.
Police arrested Jason Nixon for possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. In addition, City of Fort Myers Code Enforcement posted the residence unlivable. The drug investigation remains ongoing at this time.
