2nd arrest made in Cape Coral meth bust

CAPE CORAL, Fla.- Police have made a second arrest in connection with a Cape Coral meth bust. Mark Fredrick is behind bars accused of manufacturing and trafficking meth.
Police say Fredrick and Janet Raymond were operating a meth house on NE 16th Terrace, near Diplomat Elementary School.
Officers say they found more than one pound of meth and supplies for cooking the drug during the raid.
