ESTERO, Fla.- The San Carlos Park Fire Department is responding to yet another fire in the area.
This two-acre fire is at Constitution and US 41, but traffic is moving freely in the area. The fire is considered contained at this time.
The fire department anticipates a problem with smoke overnight.
Jeff DeBusman, the San Carlos Fire Marshal, said the smoke could be an issue later on when the sun goes down and humidity goes up.
DeBusman said they are suspicious because of recent activity in the area, but they don't have specifics yet. This is the sixth fire since February 6th, all within two miles of each other.
