UPDATE: Deadly Alligator Alley crash

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla.- New details on the Alligator Alley crash that killed an Immokalee mother and her two young daughters.
Florida Highway Patrol says Cecilia Douglas rear-ended a box truck Monday, Jan. 21, before losing control and plunging her vehicle into a canal. Now, A little more than a week later, troopers say the driver of that truck did not violate any laws so he will not face charges.
The crash remains under investigation.
