Two boys arrested for having a gun at school

NORTH PORT, Fla.- North Port police arrested two students Tuesday afternoon. They are accused of bringing a gun to Imagine Middle School.
Officers said a 13-year-old boy had the unloaded 9mm in his backpack. During the investigation, officers determined a 12-year-old student brought the gun to school and gave it to the 13-year-old.
Both boys were charged with possession of a firearm while on school property.
