NAPLES, Fla.- Sr. Simone Campbell will be speaking on January 31st at 7:00 p.m. at Vanderbilt Presbyterian Church. She's in high demand after appearing on The Colbert Report and speaking at the DNC.

In 2012, she received the Defender of Democracy Award from the Parliamentarians for Global Action (PGA), an international organization of legislators from governments all over the world.

Campbell is the founder of "Nuns on the Bus," and is the Executive Director of NETWORK, a national social justice lobby since 2004, a religious leader, attorney and poet with extensive experience in public policy and advocacy for systemic change. In Washington, she lobbies on issues of peace building, immigration and economic justice.
