FMPD searches for Wells Fargo bank robbery suspect

FORT MYERS, Fla.- Fort Myers Police are searching for the suspect responsible for a bank robbery Thursday afternoon. It happened before 4:30 p.m. at the Wells Fargo on SR 82 and Lee Blvd. This is in a Publix shopping center.
Witnesses tell police a man with a dark complexion wearing an orange hoodie entered the bank and jumped over the counter, grabbing money before he fled.
Injuries are unknown.
