GOLDEN GATE, Fla. - Deputies are searching for four armed men who forced their way into a house in Golden Gate Estates on Saturday afternoon.
Shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday, two of the victims say they were confronted in their yard in the 1100 block of 11th Street SW by four men. One suspect displayed a handgun and forced the victims into the house where a woman was located.
All three victims were tied up, their phones were smashed, and the house was ransacked. The robbers took an undisclosed amount of cash, jewelry, and other items before leaving the residence.
Deputies searched the area but were unsuccessful in locating the suspects. They say two of the robbers were white males and two were Hispanic males. All four suspects were wearing light colored hoodies and long pants.
