FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla.- Officers are investigating a bank robbery that happened at 10:30 a.m. at the SunTrust Bank, located at 11340 Summerlin Square Drive.
Witnesses say, a white male suspect entered the bank, indicating he had a weapon and demanded cash. The teller complied and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No injuries were reported during the robbery.
The suspect is described as in his 30s wearing dark sunglasses, black wool skull cap, dark sweat shirt and navy blue pants with white strips.
