Charlotte County Boys and Girls Club gets new shoes

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. - Payless is giving away a million and a half dollars worth of shoes this Christmas, to kids across the country and beyond.
The Charlotte County's Boys and Girls Club was one of a thousand organizations chosen to participate.
Thursday, fifth graders got brand new shoes.
The 'Payless gives shoes 4 kids' program, is serving kids in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and 11 Latin American countries.
Each child gets a 20 dollar voucher to spend.
This is the first year Charlotte County's Boys and Girls Club has participated.
