LEE COUNTY, Fla.- The 19-year-old seen leaving a suspected with drug house with former Lee County commissioner Brian Bigelow in early November, pled not guilty to possession charges Monday morning. David Henley is charged with driving without a license, and possession of marijuana and cocaine.

Bigelow was cited for letting Henley drive his rental car without a license. Deputies say they saw the teen go into the house, and later smelled marijuana when approaching the car. Commissioner Bigelow was in the passenger seat. LCSO says Bigelow acted nervous and told the deputy he couldn't search the car.

Henley's next hearing is on January 9th.
