Watlington's family sues McGregor Baptist after his death

LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Jesse Watlington was a student at Southwest Florida Christian Academy who was heading to football practice when his dad says a bolt of lightning hit him directly in the heart.
Now, Jesse's family is suing McGregor Baptist Church and Southwest Florida Christian Academy.
The lawsuit says the two were negligent, careless and reckless, and as a result, 11-year-old Jesse died.
The family attorney said today this is a multi-million dollar lawsuit and they plan to make all the details public on Monday morning.
