LEE COUNTY, Fla.- Governor Rick Scott stopped by the WINK News studio before the education summit held at the Harborside Event Center this morning.
His ideas to improve Southwest Florida classrooms include creating a debit card for teachers to buy supplies without tapping into their own incomes, and to create a test to replace the FCAT that will assess true learning instead of merely "teaching to the test."
