FORT MYERS, FL - As jury selection continues in the capital murder case of Robert Dunn, local defense attorney Scott T. Moorey gives his unique perspective into what attorneys are looking for when selecting jurors. As many as 200 potential jurors could be interviewed before the 12 are seated who will actually hear the case. Moorey says attorneys will be looking for jurors reactions to questions, their personal circumstances like work, travel plans and how a three week trial would affect their lives. Opening statements in the Dunn trial are expected to begin next week.
