Home Invasion in Bonita Springs

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla.- Lee County Deputies are investigating a home invasion on London Lane off Old 41 in Bonita Springs.
Several intruders entered the home around 3:15 AM Wednesday, according to deputies.
A sheriff's office spokeswoman says one male resident was shot and taken to Lee Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Another resident was hit over the head and taken to Lee Memorial with non-life threatening injuries, detectives said.
The suspects got away with items from inside the home.
